Camelot is the only one that has both the hot door hot tub and in room jacuzzi bath tub. Perfect romantic getaway, very accessible to the City of Denver but with small town mountain feel.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
In case of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded with at least seven days advance notice, minus a $10 Processing Fee.Cancellations or No-Shows that occur within 72 hours of the reservation date are required to pay 100% of the reservation total. There are no refunds for early departure. The placement of your deposit acknowledges acceptance of this policy, as well as all other rules and regulations.
There are no refunds, whole or in part, with less than 72 hours notice. We will try to work with you depending on circumstances. More notice the better, If within 72 hour window but we are able to rebook the room you will not be charged. We always keep a waitlist and will try to call people on our waitlist.
Terms and Conditions
Reservations
To officially book your room you must reserve it online or call the Cliff House Lodge at (303)-697-9732 to put down a deposit, which is equal to half your reservation total plus tax. Should you book an extended stay with us equaling more than three days we can arrange to take a smaller portion of the total during the booking process. You may email us for availability, rates, or any questions or concerns.
Deposits
Due to the limited number of Cottages and rooms at Cliff House Lodge, and to avoid any disappointments, advance reservations are highly recommended. A deposit is required on all reservations, which includes, but is not limited to, lodging, business meetings, weddings and receptions. The deposit is half the amount of your reservation plus tax. The deposit may be charged to any MasterCard or Visa and will be processed when the card number is given. Please note: If your card declines your reservation will automatically be cancelled. Debit cards – Please note: When using a debit card, funds are charged immediately like cash, and any authorization can be held by your bank for up to 14 days. These are policies of individual banks, not of the Cliff House Lodge. Cliff House Lodge is not responsible for the loss of use of these funds or any possible overdraft charges.
Additional Guests
All Cottages are double occupancy except for Stone Street with an occupancy of 3 people and Dino Den with occupancy of 4. There is a $50 charge for each additional person. This includes a cot with memory foam mattress, extra linens and robe, homemade breakfast in the morning as well as the complimentary shuttle to and from shows. Any additional persons, regardless of age, not accounted for on the reservation, are not allowed on premises overnight. There will be a $50 charge added to your bill for anyone staying overnight that has not been announced at check-in. 21 +
Arrival & Departure
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00AM. There is an add on option for an early check-in or late checkout both at 1:30 PM for an addition fee of $30. It is on a first paid for basis and we must know ahead of time and approve it. We have a limit of 3 per day to ensure we have enough time to properly clean.
Late Arrival
If you feel your arrival will not be during our normally scheduled hours of 8AM - 8PM, please call us day of 303-697-9732 and we can provide self-check-in instructions and a lockbox code for key access. We need to process your remaining balance ahead of giving out information.
Following Checkout
Our Cottages and rooms are cleaned, inspected and inventoried. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file. Fees related to cost of repair or replacement of damaged property will be the guest’s responsibility, and will be billed separately from other charges. Unreasonable wear and tear or other cleanup problems will be billed to the guest in addition to all other charges at the rate of $50 per hour. Cliff House Lodge is not responsible for items left in the room after checkout. We can arrange to mail whatever property is found to you, you must may the shipping. We choose to buy high quality lines and towels. We will charged for any stained towels or linens. We have older back towels if you need one for the floors or for your dog, Please ask.
Keys
Please return keys to the front desk when you are checking out. If you have to leave before 7:30 am please leave the keys in the room and send us a message you are checking out early. Lost and/or non-returned keys will result in a $50 charge to pay for lock replacement Parking
We are pleased to offer complimentary parking on our grounds for patrons staying at Cliff House Lodge. All Cottages are limited to two vehicles on the grounds at any time. Should there be more than two vehicles, a $25 charge per day per extra vehicle will apply. If a vehicle has not been registered with the front desk, it will be ticketed and/or towed from the property at the owner’s expense. Sleeping in vehicles on site is not allowed. If found sleeping in a vehicle on site, you will be considered a trespasser, and the proper authorities may be contacted
Smoking
WE ARE CANNABIS FRIENDLY. There are patios provided adjacent to the Cottages that are designated smoking areas as well as the main lodge back porch. THERE IS NO SMOKING IN ANY COTTAGE. There will be a $250 fee if there is evidence that smoking has occurred inside of any cottage. This fee is used to deep clean and restore the room back to its non-smoking condition.
Illegal Substances
We prohibit the use or possession of illegal substances on our property and all guest conduct shall conform to current Colorado State laws. We have a strict no tank policy. You will be fined.
Regulations
We reserve the right to refuse guest entry and accommodation if on arrival, management reasonably considers the guest to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner. Behaviors deemed as disrespectful to the staff, or that affect the safety or peaceful enjoyment of other guests, will result in a request to leave the premises without refund. Police will be called, Guests must comply with all federal, state, and local laws as well as the rules and regulations. If a guest does not comply with the rules and regulations, the guest may be asked to leave the premises without refund.
Hot Tubs
Always rinse off before using. Body oils and lotions are not good for the tubs. We also ask that you DO NOT wear street clothing of any kind while in the hot tubs, only bathing suits. Detergent and dyes from clothing causes the hot tubs to cloud and foam, and as a result, the hot tub must be drained and cleaned. Each hot tub is drained and deep cleaned at least once a week. In between cleanings the tubs are PH balanced and shocked with bromine tablets daily. Please help us conserve water: wash before entering tub, do not eat in or spill drinks in tub, please treat the tubs with respect and keep it clean! Please DO NOT use glass in or around the hot tubs. BROKEN GLASS IS A HAZARD AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY. If glass is broken in the hot tub or surrounding area it must be reported to the front desk immediately. If it is not reported to the front desk before leaving or glass is found in the hot tub after your departure, you will be charged the full hot tub cleaning fee of $250. Any children under the age of 16 staying with you on the property must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the hot tub or surrounding patio area to avoid the possibility of accident or injury. If the cleaning of a hot tub has to occur outside regularly scheduled times due to guest negligence, a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file. This can include, but is not limited to, wearing of clothes inside the tubs, broken glass in or near the tubs, or foreign objects other than water safe toys found floating in the tubs. This fee will be assessed according to how many hours it takes to restore the hot tub to working order. The hourly rate to clean the hot tub is $75. The total fee for cleaning the tub will not be less than $75, nor greater than $250.
Pets
Dogs only. All eight of our cottages are dog friendly. There is a non-refundable fee of $30 to have your dog stay with us. Should your pet have an accident in the cottage or cause unnecessary damage to furnishings, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file. The guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet on the grounds or around the property. There is a dog poop trash can across from the main lodge by the four parking spots. Cliff House Lodge does not accept any responsibility for a guest’s pet. If a pet is found to be a nuisance, the guest will be asked to vacate the premises without refund.
