RULES OF THE POSADA DEL ARQUITECTO
GENERAL RULES
1. These regulations establish the general rules of conduct for each of the guests who voluntarily enter this establishment, in order to provide them with a pleasant stay.
2. Every guest accepts these regulations in accordance with the provisions, any lack or infraction before the same gives the right to this establishment to take the necessary measures so that the general interest of maintaining the tranquility of other guests and the proper functioning of the hotel. This document empowers us to expel the guest if the established rules are not respected.
GUEST
1. The guest of the inn is considered solely and exclusively the person or persons who have completed the check-in process and signed the registration form.
2. In order to locate the guest at any time, the guest agrees to provide a valid telephone number and / or email address at check-in time for contact.
3. Once the guest has paid the amount for the room rate, no refund will be made, for reasons beyond the control of the inn.
4. The guest must leave the room keys every time they leave the establishment, in case of theft or loss they will be charged 500 MXN.
5. The inn is not obliged to make discounts or promotions, therefore any. Discount offered to the guest will be at the discretion of the reservations department.
6. The hotel is not responsible for any inconvenience that external service providers may cause to the guest (taxi, tour operators, motorcycle rental, etc.).
INCOME AND FEES
1. The inn's check-in time is at 3:00 p.m.
2. All invoices must be requested at Check in time.
3. When making the reservation, the number of people who will occupy the room must be declared, the guest must respect the capacity of the rooms.
4. In order to check in, the holder of the reservation must present a document that proves his identity as well as the rest of the guests who occupy the same room.
5. If the guest exceeds the maximum number of capacity of a room, you must purchase an additional room for annex guests.
6. Upon entry, the guest must pay 100% of the item corresponding to their reservation. Only cash payments are accepted at the inn and its facilities. In the event that the guest does not have cash available at the time, they must leave some type of document of value to ensure payment.
7. The check out time will be considered until 11:00 hours.
8. The late check out will be considered from 11:00 hours. For this reason, a half accommodation rate will be charged, which will give you the right to stay in the room until 4:00 p.m. The late check out is subject to availability.
9. The inn has luggage storage at the reception for guests who require more time to enjoy our facilities after check out time.
10. At the time of check out the guest must hand over the room key.
11. The use of the rooms is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the inn.
12. The guest agrees to read and attend to what is established in this document, agreeing and respecting the aforementioned, in order to maintain internal coexistence and respect.
13. Pets are allowed in the rooms, so we ask that the guest be responsible for the actions of their pet.
14. The user will be responsible for any damage caused to things or people during their stay.
COMMON AREAS AND SERVICES
1. The guests, in accordance with the general rules of coexistence, must take special care with the volume of those electronic devices that generate noise or loud sounds, ensuring the tranquility of the inn.
2. After 23:00 hours, the common areas will not be available for meetings or similar activities, other than those previously coordinated with the management
3. At any time during the reservation, if the guest reports objects or documents of extreme value that he needs to leave in the custody of the reception, he must declare in writing in the envelope the type of documents or objects he leaves in custody. Undeclared objects or belongings, abandoned in rooms, cabins or common areas are the sole responsibility of the client.
4. The inn has limited parking and is subject to occupancy.
ABOUT THE ROOMS
1. The cleaning of the rooms will be carried out during the day within the following hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. In case the guest requests cleaning outside these hours, there will be an extra charge for cleaning established by the Management.
2. On Wednesdays and Sundays there is no cleaning service in the rooms, due to staff rest, in the event that you need to clean your room, please notify the reception before 12:00 hours the day before.
3. In each room the guest will have a safe for their exclusive use. The non-declaration of values frees the inn from responsibilities.
4. The amenities that the guest will find in his room during the stay are not of unlimited deliveries. In case the guest wants any extra amenity, he should check the cost of this at reception.
5. Out of respect for the environment, minimize your water consumption, take short showers and do not wash clothes in the room. If you need a laundry ask at reception.
6. All the water in our drains is recycled and reused to irrigate our gardens, so we ask not to use products that are harmful to nature, thank you.
7. For fire prevention reasons, please do not wear veils or mosquito coils near flammable materials.
8. The guest agrees to cover the cost of repairing or replacing any hotel-owned object, piece of furniture or material that has been totally or partially damaged, either by carelessness or intentionally.
Given all the above, the guest clearly understands that La Posada del Arquitecto, the establishment that provides accommodation, can dispense with the accommodation contract if one of the following points is presented:
The contractor does not fulfill an outstanding obligation.
Compliance with the accommodation contract is impossible for reasons of force majeure, call it strikes, road closures, climatic phenomena, or circumstances not attributable to La Posada del Arquitecto.
The client gives misleading or false information about important data.
La Posada del Arquitecto has justified reasons to believe that the enjoyment of the services by the contractor may jeopardize the smooth running of our operations and / or its administration, security or public image.
Behaviors are carried out that offend other clients or collaborators of La Posada del Arquitecto
