were freshly renovated in 2019 and are approx. 50 sq. m in size. They are
therefore equally well suited for lone travellers, couples and
craftsmen. Travellers appreciate the central location. Our rooms and
upholstered furniture are cleaned with an air and cleaning system within the
scope of the cleaning so that we can guarantee you a mite-free mattress. Our
apartments are therefore very suitable for allergy sufferers. What else to
expect:
Eat-in
kitchen: The apartments are equipped with a large eat-in kitchen with a dining
table. The kitchenette is equipped with everything that you need to cater for
one or more persons. This naturally includes a fridge, hobs and a kettle and
coffee machine, but also cutlery, dishes and cooking utensils.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, hand soap and a hairdryer.
Bedroom:
Maximum comfort in a stylish ambience – that is what bedrooms should offer. The
apartments are equipped with two bedrooms with two single beds each. In total,
this means four people can sleep in a flat. Bedding is of course provided, as
well as cupboard space for clothing and accessories.
THE
LOCATION:
The
apartments are situated in close proximity to the central station, Messe,
Uniklinikum, Essen city centre as well as numerous parks and well-known
cultural institutions in the city. Several shopping facilities are available
right at your front door to cater to all your everyday needs, and stations for
public transport. The city centre, with its numerous opportunities for relaxed
shopping, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
