Aspen Mirror Lake is a stunning picturesque lake just a stone's throw away, and Navaho lake sets the stage for the Virgin River, responsible for carving Zion Canyon! We are just 48 miles to Bryce Canyon, and 49 to the east gate of Zion. Just a few miles away on the Plateau is Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brian Head Ski and Summer resort, and even slot canyons of Grand Staircase National Monument toward Kanab. Pinewoods, near a gorgeous national park, nested Duck Creek is truly the perfect and central launchpad to explore much of what Southern Utah has to offer.

Property and Cancellation Policies :
Within 7 days of arrival guest will be charged 50% up to the day before check-in. ie guest will be charged 50% if cancelled within 2-6 days of their stay.
Guest will be charged the full amount of the stay if reservation is cancelled with-in 1 day of arrival.
In the event of late arrivals or early departure the guest will be charged the full amount of their stay.
We do not issue refunds for No Shows, late arrivals or early departures. This includes but is not limited to travel changes, inclement weather, park closures, personal circumstances, etc.
