Vivere Azure takes “home away from home” to heart, as it
was once a rest house, where memories of childhood and family getaways pepper

You are our house guest, and we are glad to have you stay
with us in our humble abode.
The resort is built downwards and may have areas with steep slopes. As such it may not be suitable for those with babies, toddlers, or seniors. The New Villa is located at the top most part of the house and is farthest from the beach. You will have to climb up and down about 7 flights of stairs to reach the beach front and eating area. The steps are gradual, but because of this we do not recommend children and adults to stay there.
IMPORTANT: Your stay with us is inclusive of full-board meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). All ages are accepted. Only non-vaccinated guests 13 years old and above are required to undergo antigen testing no older than 48 hours by an accredited clinic.Kindly bring your vaccination card or antigen test result plus a valid ID for verification upon check-in. Property and Cancelation Policies :
In case of NO SHOW, the total payment made will be forfeited.
For RE-BOOKING, In the event that a booking needs to be amended or postponed, this will only be allowed if advised 2 weeks prior to arrival date and shall be subject to rebooking fee of P1,500.00 and may be moved within six months subject to room availability. Re-booking by reason of force majeure may be done within six months without re-booking fee.
IMPORTANT: Request for refund for credit card payments will be processed with the bank but we cannot refund in cash due to bank charges.
Children ages 7y/o and below are free of charge. (Meals not included)
Children 8y/o to 12y/o is Php2700/head/night (Meals not included)
13 y/o and above are considered as adults. Rate is Php5300/head/night
Terms and Conditions
• Please be advised that the room rates are good for 2 persons and are subject to extra person charge depending on maximum capacity of the room/suite.
• Guest name used for reservation should be consistent with the credit card information to be used (card holder's name in particular).Upon check-in, the credit card holder must be present and must show the credit card used to pay for the booking accompanied by a valid ID.
• Only credit cards are accepted for online bookings. Debit cards will not be honored and processed.
• For guests without credit cards, payments can be settled through bank transfer or by personal transaction at Vivere Hotel Alabang. Please call our number at 8771-77-77 prior heading to Vivere Hotel Alabang to settle your transactions.
• All website bookings are initially considered pending reservations as credit card payments are not automatically charged.
• For website bookings, please note that credit card payments are reviewed and processed manually.
• For guests booking with a senior citizen or PWD, kindly get in touch with our reservations team through 8771-77-77 or hello@vivereazure.com for the applicable discount. Please be advised that the website cannot identify and process such discount requests and must be coordinated directly with our reservations. Once your credit card has been charged, the discount can no longer be applied/refunded.
• Guest will receive a notification through email once credit card has been successfully charged. This will confirm the reservation.
• Rebooking is only allowed two weeks prior intended stay date.
• Your stay with us is inclusive of full-board meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
• Please be advised that we are currently observing a maximum of 3 room bookings for small groups. Group bookings for 3 or more rooms must be booked directly through our Reservations Associate. • Please be advised that bringing of personal speaker is not allowed in any area of the house. Playing of music in any common area is prohibited in respect to other guests.
