Our modern, furnished apartments in Meiderich, Duisburg, which were freshly renovated in 2019, are divided into three categories and are suitable for one to two people.The facilities:
Our apartments are fitted out to meet your every need. This includes free Wifi, a flat-screen with USB port and balcony (not all apartments).Our rooms and upholstery are cleaned using an air filter cleaning system so that we can guarantee you a dust mite-free mattress. Our apartments are therefore highly suitable for allergy sufferers.You can also expect:- Living and sleeping area:each living area is provided with a television and a comfortable recliner chair. Each apartment has a table which can be used as a dining table as well as a work-space. The tasteful fittings are designed so that our tenants can relax in comfort after a tiring day. A cosy bed that can be used either as a double bed or as two singles is provided with high-quality mattresses, ensuring a restful sleep. Bedding is provided, of course, plus wardrobe space for clothing.
- Kitchen: in the loft studios there is a kitchenette. The Classic and Premium apartments each have a small separate kitchen; the Premium apartment also has a dining table in the kitchen. All the kitchens are fully equipped for entertaining one or more people. This of course includes a fridge, oven and hotplates, a kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
- Bathroom: the bathrooms are provided with a hairdryer, towels and soap. The high-quality showers (some of which are floor-level) ensure a good start to the day.
Location
Our apartments are located only ten minutes’ walk from Meiderich town centre where you will find lots of shops, as well as restaurants and places to eat. Duisburg Meiderich train station is also only fifteen minutes’ walk away, and by car you can reach Duisburg Hafen within 10 minutes.
