Property and Cancelation Policies :
Any reservation booked under "NON REFUNDABLE" requires full pre-payment and is non-cancellable, non-amendable, and non-refundable at any point after the reservation is made. We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the Credit Card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.
Non Peak Season (September 16 - June 19)
- Free cancellation or amendments if received outside of 2 days.
- Cancellation received within 48 hours of check in date will incur one night
accommodation charge.
Peak Season (June 20 - September 15)
- Cancellation or amendment received outside of 7 days will incur a $35 non-refundable
admin charge.
- Cancellation inside 7 days period will incur one night accommodation charge.
- Full payment required 7 days prior to arrival for all reservations during peak season.
Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries to the guest or for loss or theft of personal property of any kind.
The "registered guest" is responsible for any damages caused by themselves or any member of their party or guests visiting.NO SMOKING or Vaping in the room or on our property. Smoking in rooms will incur a $300 cleaning fee.
All dishes are to be cleaned and failure to do so will incur a $50 charge.
Pets are allowed in designated rooms for any additional charge of $30per night with maximum charge of $150 per stay per room (after approval from the property manager). All PETS must be registered prior to check-in.
BBQ use is first come first serve basis.
Quiet time is 11pm to 8am and is strictly enforced, violators will be removed.
One designated parking stall per room, any extra vehicle will be charged $20 per day based on availability.
There will be no housekeeping during your stay but linen can be exchanged at the front desk during office hours.
A credit card in the name of the reservation holder is presented at check-in. You must be 18 years old or above to make a reservation.
