The color of our exterior walls is adobe paint, the same adobe that was used to build houses in the past and that can still be seen in some corners of this beautiful place.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Low Season:
Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival date without any charge.
After this limit and up to one day prior to arrival, in case of cancellation, one night's stay will be charged to the credit card as a guarantee.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no early departure the full stay will be charged.
High Season:
Rates are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the total amount of the stay will be charged for each room booked.
Any contracted room that is not presented will generate the charge of the full stay and taxes included for NO SHOW.
The following dates are considered high seasons:
Holy Week (March 22 to 31)
Guelaguetza (July 20 to 31)
Day of the Dead season (October 27 to November 3)
Christmas/New Year season (December 22 to January 3)
Terms and Conditions
Payment policies:
Low Season: The first night's stay will be charged at the time of booking.
High season: 100% of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
For your security and that of all our guests, at the time of check in we will ask you to present a valid official ID (INE, PASSPORT or DNI) of the reservation holder and a copy will be taken from you.
Taxes include 16% VAT and 3% ISH.
An open voucher will be requested at check in to guarantee your stay and for additional consumptions.

Check out 12:00 hrs.
Late departures between 13:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs will incur a surcharge of 50% of the nightly rate.
Persons not belonging to the hotel are not allowed to enter the rooms.
In accordance with the new regulation of the General Law for Tobacco Control, Article 26, smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or within the hotel facilities. The person who incurs in the act will be charged the amount of $3,480 MXN including taxes.
It is not permitted to hold any type of social event within the hotel facilities or rooms without prior authorization from the hotel. Failure to comply will generate a minimum charge of $20,000 MXN plus taxes, the amount will be relative to the damages caused and hotel policies violated. Said charge will be charged to the guest who owns the room or to the card as a guarantee.
Minors are accepted, but we do not have extra beds or cribs.
