The accommodations we offer have either a single Queen bed, two Queen beds, and single King beds.
Some accommodations also have jacuzzi tubs, pool room access, and the option for a patio or balcony.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty. Guests should notify the Resort via phone at 231-577-0773 to change or cancel a reservation.
- Cancellations made after the 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the first nights stay, plus taxes and fees.
- No Calls/ No Shows will be charged the full amount of the total stay, plus taxes and fees.

Terms and Conditions
- Full payment will be collected at time of check in.
- Check in is at 3pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Check-out is 11:00 am, unless prior arrangements have been made.
- For early check in or late check out, please advise the front desk at the time of making reservations. There is no guarantee that an early check in or late check out is able to happen, however if set up during original time of making a reservation the ability for staff to accommodate is greater. The fee for each is $25.00.
- All minors must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area or while using any pool facilities, no exceptions. Guests must follow posted rules and regulations for pool use.
- Lake Cadillac Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you feel you may have left something at the resort, please contact our front desk 231-577-0773, items found in rooms are placed in the lost and found for 30 days. We do ship however it is at the expense of the guest.
- Pet friendly rooms, when bringing a pet please advise at the time of making a reservation, policy allows for 2 dogs per room, and require a $25.00 pet registration fee per pet, per stay. Any unregistered pet, in a pet designated room or other accommodation, will be subject to a $75.00 nonrefundable fee, per pet, and asked to leave the property.
