Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Any reservation not cancelled by 3:00 pm, 24 hours prior to check-in will be charged the equivalent of one night’s stay plus tax. Please call the hotel directly at 231-557-0773 to cancel. All online reservations must be cancelled online with the agent you reserved with. We are unable to cancel outside agent reservations.
Terms and Conditions
- Full payment will be collected at time of check in. Check in is at or after 3:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am. Please check with front desk the day of check out if you need a late check-out. No late check out will be guaranteed before the date of check out.
- All minors must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area or while using any pool facilities, no exceptions.
- Lake Cadillac Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you forget an item at the resort, we will make every attempt to contact you and have it returned to you at your expense.
- Our pet friendly rooms, only accommodating to dogs, require a $25.00 pet registration fee per pet, per stay. 2 pet maximum per room. Any unregistered pet, in a pet designated room or other accommodation, will be subject to a $75.00 nonrefundable fee, per pet.
