Property and Cancelation Policies :
A deposit of one night's stay plus tax is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. The balance of the full booking amount is due on arrival and will be processed automatically at check-in time to the credit card on file.
Reservations are fully refundable up to five days prior to arrival, unless otherwise noted at time of booking (i.e.: promotional rates noted as "non-refundable"). If the reservation is cancelled within five days of arrival, deposit of the first night's stay plus tax will be forfeited.
PLEASE NOTE: Group Reservations of three or more suites are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, deposit of the first night's stay plus tax will be forfeited.
If for any reason the your plans change, please just give us a call and let us know! Your reservation is guaranteed until the end of the day of arrival. After that time, the remainder of your reservation will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
Please call us at 226-962-6394 if you would like to cancel your stay. All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.

Contactless Check In Option
Incorporated into our hotel is the latest check in technology, offering guests an option for a unique and stress-free arrival experience. Everything is completely wireless, from booking your suite to our online check in, to settling in at your leisure after 3pm. Our no-contact check-in and check-out process is easy, convenient, and safe. If you have any trouble at all settling in when you arrive, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Parking Policy
Complimentary parking is limited to one vehicle per room, unless otherwise noted at time of reservation. The Ayrshire Hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
Minimum Age Policy
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at The Ayrshire properties.
Children/Additional Guest Policy
Room occupancy limits (as outlined within suite descriptions) apply for adults guests; however, we welcome dependents under the age of 18. Children under the age of 2 stay free. Each room has only their listed available beds; guests will need to provide their own sleeping arrangements for any additional dependent guests. If your children are accompanying you, please let us know. A fee of $10/additional guest fee will be charged for dependents over the age of 3.
No Pets Policy
As much as we love pets, The Ayrshire Hotel does not offer pet-friendly accommodation at this time.
Non Smoking Policy
Breathe easy. All of our properties are Non-Smoking. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any evidence of smoking within any rooms or on property will result in a fine, an excess cleaning charge of $100, and a stern disappointed look.

We are committed to providing a peaceful night's rest for all guests and strictly enforce quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. We ask our guests to be respectful of their neighbours and not to congregate in halls or public areas where the noise will disturb others.
Parties are not allowed in the guest rooms and suites at any time and only registered guests are allowed on the premises unless prior approval has been granted. While we attempt to give at least one warning before eviction and/or calling the authorities, this policy may be enforced without warning to protect other hotel guests.

Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. The registered guest acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for damages to the room, property, linens and contents and loss of any items therefrom. Management reserves the right to refuse service and/or to eject guests from the premises at our sole discretion.

1. In consideration for receiving permission to be on the property/properties/premises located at 143 Metcalfe Street, Elora, Ontario, Canada N0B1S0 and/or 249 Geddes Street, Elora, Ontario, Canada N0B1S0, owned by Ayrshire Hotel Group Limited. and collectively hereafter referred to as "The Ayrshire Hotel", I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue The Ayrshire Hotel, Ayrshire Hotel Group Limited, its shareholders, directors, officers, servants, agents and employees (hereinafter referred to as “releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, my guests or anyone else caused by or incidental to my electing to have access to this property/land, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, while on or upon the premises, while in transit to or from the premises, or in any place or places connected with the premises. I understand the risks involved in being on this property/premises, and I recognize and agree to accept that any activity/activities involves risk of injury while being on this property/premises, and I assume all risks associated with it, including but not limited to property damage or loss, illness, allergic reaction, minor bodily injury, severe bodily injury, and death. I am voluntarily entering onto this property/premises with the knowledge of the risks involved and hereby agree on behalf of myself, my dependents, any guests that accompany me, to accept any and all inherent risks of property damage, illness, allergic reaction, bodily injury, or death.
2. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with being on the premises, and I am fully aware that there may be risks and hazards unknown to me connected with being on the premises, and I hereby elect to voluntarily be on and upon, to enter upon the above named premises and engage in activities knowing that conditions may be hazardous, or may become hazardous or dangerous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, my guests, or my dependents, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, my guests, or my dependents, as a result of my being on the premises, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise;
3. It is my express intent that this Release shall bind me, my guests, my dependents, the members of my/our family(ies) and spouse(s), if I/we am alive, and my/our heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I/we am/are deceased, and shall be deemed as a Release, Waiver, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue the above named releasees, their family members, officers, servants, agents and employees.
In agreeing to this Release, I acknowledge and represent that:A. I have read the foregoing release, understand it, and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed on behalf of myself, my guests, and my dependents; B. No oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; C. I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; D. I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
