No landline telephones in rooms; guests should use their smart devices for communication.
Digital check-in and room access are available via our website, with a digital key sent to your device.

SELF CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Scan the QR Code located on your room door and enter your room number and “Checking Out".
Alternatively, text (323) 999-1539 with the above message.
AGE & ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY
Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room.
All rooms accommodate a maximum of 3 guests, including children.
We do not provide cots or additional beds.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
$250 security deposit hold during online check-in, released upon check-out and satisfactory room inspection.
Deductions may apply for:
Noise complaints impacting other guests
Any room damages or property defacement
Smoking within the room or any non-designated area
Damage or excessive cleaning required due to pets
Exceeding the stated room occupancy limits
Conduct deemed disrespectful or disruptive to staff or guests
Items damaged or missing from the room inventory
Unauthorized commercial filming or photography
Violations of house rules or policies
POOL RULES
Pool Hours: 9 AM – 9 PM
No glassware allowed by the pool
No lifeguard on duty
Children must not be left unattended at any time
PARKING
Parking is $35 per night.
Purchase on-site parking via the check-in link received 48 hours before check-in.
No street parking is available; unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
Park in spaces labeled "Hotel Guest Parking".
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping room refresh provided every third day until 4 PM.
"Do Not Disturb" sign available to decline housekeeping services.

PET POLICY
Dog friendly and ADA service animals accepted.
By law, we may ask if your animal is a service animal and its trained task.
One pet OR service animal allowed per room.
Ensure your animal doesn't disturb others, keep it leashed outside the room, and avoid leaving it alone for long.
A $250 security deposit is held; any damages caused by your animal may be charged against this deposit.
PACKAGE HANDLING
Address packages to the reservation holder and specified room number within reservation dates.
For pickup, consider delivery to a local carrier center like FedEx, UPS, or Amazon.
Hollywood Hills Hotel does not handle packages.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY
Any professional videography or photography requires prior approval from hotel management.
Filming without consent is a violation of hotel policies.

SMOKING
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony and designated areas.
A $250 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs in rooms or non-designated areas.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
While accidents happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
