Mezze’s Guesthouse is the newest concept developed by the Mezze Hospitality Group. Through a separate entry, climb the stairs to our highly modular collection of five boutique residential-inspired units. Opening in February 2024, we are now accepting reservations.  Collaboration, a key to our team's success over the last two decades, was a core to this project. 

Working alongside Patrick McBride, creative director and co-owner of Tillett Textiles, a fourth-generation, hand-printed textile mill in Sheffield, MA, who provided design direction. Throughout Guesthouse Tillett's hand-printed wallpaper, curtains and fabric finishes can be found. Peter Thorne of Peter Thorne Furniture, based in West Stockbridge, helped our pattern play with custom arc-designed headboards fitting the unique needs of each unit. Ann McCallum of Burr & McCallum Architects reimagined the flow of the space, and Moresi Associates, led by onsite General Contractor Chris Lloyd, brought the drawings to life. Llyod and the team hand-crafted details and brought new light and lift to each unit.
Mezze Guesthouse offers the flexibility to reserve a traditional hotel room format, a two-bedroom suite, or take over the entire floor to accommodate your whole gang. Each unit features artwork from local artists and one-of-a-kind accents.  

As a brand, we’ve always liked to stay ahead of the curve. With our foray into lodging, our team is rethinking hospitality. We are blending what we love about the anonymity and ease of contactless booking, similar to Air BnB. Instead of a concierge desk process, guests may contact our team through text messaging services. There will be the recognizable and warm touches of Mezze hospitality that we've become known for in this new contactless hospitality mission.

Each unit has a kitchenette stocked with our team’s favorite continental breakfast fixings, Haden microwaves, under-the-counter fridges, and countertop coffee makers. Guests will have VIP access to reservations at Mezze Bistro + Bar & BLUEBiRD & CO in Hancock, MA. 

Unfortunately, due to the historic nature of the building, none of our rooms are wheelchair accessible. Come for the food, stay for the rooms! Welcome to Mezze Guesthouse!

TERMS + CONDITIONS

RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
You must be at least 25 years old to book a room. Technology is our concierge! You'll be provided a code to enter the Guesthouse and your room; we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You'll need a valid photo ID and will be asked through your phone before you receive your room key code. All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last names of all adults occupying the room and a valid credit card to guarantee arrival. Our room rates are in line with rooms in the area and are subject to change. All rooms are subject to an 11.9% tax collected by the town of Williamstown, MA. We love it when friends and family travel together! When booking, keep maximum occupancy rules in mind -- four people max for rooms with a King bed and two people max for rooms with a Queen bed.  Guests must deposit 100% of their reservation rate when making a reservation.  We accept  Visa, MasterCard or American Express. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
We are an intimate property, and when guests cancel close to arrival, we can't guarantee that we will be able to rebook the units. If canceled within 14 days of arrival, we will charge 50% of the reservation. We will charge 100% of the reservation if canceled within thirteen days of arrival. Reservations are guaranteed through the arrival date. If the registration process is not completed by 9 PM on the day of the booking, your stay will be considered a no-show.  Reservations not secured with a 50% deposit are not guaranteed; we reserve the right to cancel any reservations without a deposit and will send a cancellation notification via email to the email address on file.

WE ARE PET-FREE
Given the proximity to our commercial kitchen and restaurant, Mezze Guesthouse is a pet-free zone.  There is a $500 penalty for bringing a pet to our facility.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE
We anticipate normal wear and tear.  If there is any damage that we can’t fix with stain remover or some spackle, we will let you know and charge your bill accordingly.

SMOKING + VAPING
We are a smoke-free property. This includes smoking and vaping.  Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $500 room charge.

PARKING
We reserve designated parking spots for you in our lower lot. Upon arrival,  please unload your luggage at the top parking lot near our front doors; there is a designated space at the front door for this purpose. Please park all vehicles below in the lower lot at designated "MEZZE GUESTHOUSE" parking spaces. You will include your vehicle and license plate in the registration process. The Guesthouse does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident, or loss to your vehicle or personal property. 

ACCESSIBILITY
Unfortunately, due to the historic nature of the building, none of our rooms are wheelchair accessible. There are approximately 18 steps to ascend to the Guesthouse. There is no elevator on site. 

HOUSEKEEPING
We are an intimate guesthouse. Room refreshes are not offered during stays.  If you need fresh towels or linen, please contact us, and we'll get you what you need. There is a shared washer & dryer in our hallway that you may use during your stay.  If you request housekeeping during your stay and we are able to provide it, there will be an additional $200 fee added to your bill.

GUEST SAFETY
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose a guest's identity, room number, or presence to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement.  Guests are responsible for communicating their presence and room number to anyone they wish to visit. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The Guesthouse assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred on the property.

IN CASE OF FIRE
If the fire alarm goes off, all guests must vacate the building. The Williamstown Fire Department and First Responders will respond and have no issue removing guests from their rooms for safety.  We are a candle-free facility. No candles may be burned or lit on our property.

USE OF CAMERAS
Mezze Guesthouse has security cameras in place at the front door and corridor. There are no cameras in units.
