STANDARD BOOKING - Cancellations are free of charge if made with more than 2 days in advance. The deposit is non refundable. In the event of a late-cancellation or no-show, the remaining amount of the reservation will be charged. Any changes/cancellation of the reservation must be notified directly to info@wehateftourists.com .

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING - The whole amount is non-refundable, from the moment the reservation is confirmed. Any changes/cancellation of the reservation must be notified directly to info@wehatefourists.com .

GROUP-BOOKING: Any reservation made for more than 8 people is considered as a Group Booking. For Group Bookings the following cancellation-policy applies: group booking cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel by email at least 30 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the total of the accommodation will be charged as a late-cancellation fee. If you cancel any individual bed/night of your reservation, then the deposit for that night will not be refunded or transferred. Any changes/cancellation of the reservation must be notified directly to info@wehateftourists.com .

Terms and Conditions

CHECK-IN POLICY
The payment of your reservation, should be made upon arrival in cash. We accept credit-cards for payments above 25.00 EUR.
We require a valid ID document to be registered for the check-in.
We have a 24h reception, so your arrival-time is not a problem, but please send us an email in case you arrive after 11PM.

FORCE MAJEURE
All the conditions stated, including the Cancellation Policy are valid under any circumstance, by making a reservation you are agreeing to these conditions.
