Hill Top Motel Policies 
REGISTERED GUESTS: Hill Top Motel property is for the enjoyment of registered motel guests only. Non-registered guests are allowed on the property with prior approval from Front Desk staff or Management. This privilege is not guaranteed and all unregistered guests who are given permission to visit must leave and remain off property during the motel’s “Quiet Time” hours which are 10 pm to 7 am. Violation of occupancy policies is grounds for immediate removal of all registered and non-registered guests without refund. There will be a $15 charge, plus applicable taxes per extra adult/per night up to maximum occupancy. Additional guests, above maximum occupancy, will be checked into another room at that day’s rate, based on availability. Additional guests not disclosed to Front Desk upon check-in, and who do not violate maximum occupancy, are subject to an extra person charge of $50 per adult/per night. Violation of maximum occupancy rules is grounds for immediate removal of all registered and non-registered guests. No refunds will be issued for evictions due to motel policy violations.
Please note- a credit card will be required upon check in to accommodation. The motel will secure a deposit of $150.00 for incidentals from the credit card (per room). 
SMOKING POLICIES Smoking is not permitted in ANY ROOMS. There are two picnic tables on the property that are designated as our smoking area. All cigarette butts must be placed in the dispensers located around the property. If you are found to be smoking in the room, you will be charged $150.00. 
NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY Hill Top Motel enforces a NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the motel and our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance, one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and is required to leave the motel immediately.NO LITTERING Littering causes our prices to rise. There is a dumpster in the right hand corner of our property, and each room has two trash cans. Please respect our property and us. Do your part and put trash where it belongs in the trash cans. REMOVAL OF MOTEL PROPERTY Hill Top Motel provides guests with in room amenities bedding, refrigerator, microwave and towels. If a guest removes these items from such a room, there will be a $25.00 charge per towel, $100.00 for refrigerator, $100.00 for microwave, and $50.00 charge for any bedding that is removed.
CHECK-OUT Check-out is at 11 am. If you require a later check-out, please contact the Front Desk as soon as possible or before 10 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We are limited to the number of late check-outs we can issue, so this is done on a first come, first serve basis. All check-outs, regular and late, have a 15 minute grace period. Guests who linger past their grace period are subject to a late check-out penalty of $50.00 per half hour. Maximum Length of Stay By signing, guests acknowledge that the motel is not a place of residence and that they are indeed for transient guests. All guests are transient guests of the motel. The motel restricts occupants of any room or rooms to stay greater than 25 consecutive days. The guest must check out once they reach 25 consecutive days. 
PET POLICIES: Service Animals: Hill Top Motel is committed to making reasonable modifications to its policies, practices, and procedures to permit the use of Service Animals by its customers with disabilities. Service Animals play an important role in ensuring the independence of people with disabilities, and it is therefore our policy to welcome into our motel any animals that are individually trained to assist a person with a disability.  MINOR CHILDREN: Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or over at all times and shall not be left unattended on the motel property at any time during their stay. NO PORTABLE COOKING EQUIPMENT Cooking is not allowed in guests rooms. This includes, but is not limited to hot plates and tea kettles. Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of $300 and/or immediate removal. 
QUIET TIME 10 pm - 7 am. Please be respectful of our other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum and avoid all excessive commotion. DAMAGE Guests are responsible to treat motel property and amenities with respect. Guests will be charged for replacement or repair of damage to motel property or guest rooms. The Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss due to any cause. By signing below, you are releasing Hill Top Motel of any responsibility or liability claims. Any guests of the motel, who do not follow or comply with motel policies, we The Hill Top Motel, reserve all rights to refuse service and to evict without refund. Guest belongings left behind on the property due to any kind of removal from said property are not the responsibility of the motel.  A fee of 5% of total reservation charges will be imposed on all and any refunds, of any nature whatsoever and irrespective of the timing of cancellation.
