Jet Flamingo, is a different way to stay, we have created a digital process that allows our guests to have a contactless journey and support available 24/7. 3 days before your arrival, we will forward your pre arrival registration, please complete the e-form in preparation for a smooth arrival. At 9am on the day of your arrival we will send your ONLINE CHECK-IN link to complete, for Villa access from 3pm. We look forward to welcoming you to Bondi. Your Host and the Jet Flamingo Team. We charge a credit card surcharge of 1.8%
Additional things to note
Security deposit
We pre-authorise an amount of $2000 for any incidentals as part of our pre-arrival requirements. The funds are held within your credit card facility and released upon checkout. Your credit card will be debited in the event of: damages to the property or equipment, excessive noise, neighbor complaints and excessive rubbish removal or if cleaning required.
Photo Shoots:
No photo shoots are accepted, unless prior approval has been confirmed with the Jet Flamingo Management.
Number of Guests:
At no time during your occupancy is the number of guests staying to exceed the number booked, unless prior approval is sought and given by management.
Smoking:
All of our villas are strictly non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area on the property. The smoke detectors are sensitive and will activate with smoke triggering follow-up and any costs involved with this will be passed on to the guests.
Pets:
No pets are permitted.
Parties & Events:
Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Disturbance to neighbors including excessive noise and music is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received a first warning will be given, if a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Lockout & Loss of keys:
If one or more of the keys are lost we will have to replace the lock and reissue 8 keys as they are security keys and we cannot have the possibility that someone outside has a key to the Villa. The cost for this is $220.
LIABILITIES
You acknowledge that we do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses and disruptions due to electrical storms or other acts of God caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control and agree not to make any claim in relation thereto.
