Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to arrival date will have their deposits refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit their entire deposit – no refunds will be given.
- Please note that weekly rentals and holiday rentals require 30 days notice for a deposit refund.
- The following holidays require at least 30 days notice on cancellation: Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day Weekend, Venetian Festival Weekend (last Saturday in July), and Labor Day Weekend.
Terms and Conditions
Use of all resort amenities including sundeck and pool are limited to registered guests only.
All rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking including vaping. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Cigar and marijuana use are prohibited on the property, both indoors and outdoors.
Check in time is between 3pm and 10pm Eastern time. Accommodations for a later check in can be made by contacting our staff. Check out time is 11am.
The Saugatuck Chain Ferry is operated independently from the Beachway Resort. It is open Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend and is weather dependent.
If the number of adults or children in your party changes be sure to contact us. Due to fire codes, we may be unable to accommodate your party if you arrive with more people than you are confirmed for.
No refunds given for early check outs.
Pets allowed ONLY in the Watermelon Cottage
Heated pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until the first day of Fall
