STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Travelers who cancel five (5) days or more before 12:00 PM CST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
Travelers who cancel less than five (5) days before 12:00 PM CST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
For Standard stays longer than seven (7) nights, Travelers who cancel less than fifteen (15) days before 12:00 PM CST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount. One Night Room charge is required to guarantee your reservation and must be charged at the time of the booking. *Last Minute Deals, Nonrefundable Rates, Specials with Promo Codes, Package Deals, 3rd Party OTAs, Free Nights and Holiday dates have restrictions and may be non-refundable.
*CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DATES  December 1 through April 30:
Travelers who cancel fifteen (15) days or more before 12:00 PM CST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
Travelers who cancel less than fifteen (15) days before 12:00 PM CST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
Last Minute Deals, Nonrefundable Rates, Specials with Promo Codes, Package Deals, 3rd Party OTAs, Free Nights and Holiday dates have restrictions and may be non-refundable.  The policies governing your specific reservation are clearly detailed and provided at the time the reservation is made.  Reservations that have been guaranteed with a credit card and/or deposit and/or prepayment are held for you until arrival. If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.
If you have booked a room through the use of a travel agency or an online travel agency (OTA) such as expedia.com, hotels.com, etc., you must cancel or modify your booking through the agency that you used to make the booking.
*VACATION PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Package must be cancelled PRIOR to 15 days before Check-in date to receive a full refund less a $75 non-refundable processing fee.  No refunds will be made if cancelled 14 days or less than scheduled arrival date and no refund is given for any "No-Shows".

Terms and Conditions

Rates are per room, per night, do not include any applicable taxes, service charges, levies, gratuities or surcharges, unless otherwise noted, vary by arrival date and/or length of stay.  Early departure charges may apply.  Offers not valid in conjunction with any other offer or contract and do not apply to group reservations. Offers are subject to availability at the time of reservation.  Rates are subject to change.

Guests agree to the following: 1) Guests must be 21 years or older with valid government issued ID to check-in and must remain at the Hotel throughout the stay.  2) All Guests must wear Hotel issued wrist band while staying at the property until Check-out.  3) Check-out is at 11:00AM on date of scheduled departure.  Guest authorizes the Hotel the right to remove & store my personal belongings if I do not check-out by 11:00AM.  4) Our quiet hours are between 11:00PM-7:00AM Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, exceeding the number of permitted guests, or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the Hotel without a refund.   5) All Visitors must first present ID and sign in with the Desk Agent at Reception in the Lobby.  6) Guests are limited to one parking space in the parking lot based upon availability, parking is not guaranteed.  7) Guest is personally responsible for any and all charges made by guest and/or the person(s) traveling with guest.  8) Please see Recepción for pool towels – a deposit of $20 per towel will be charged to your room, this charge will be taken off your account once the towels are returned.  Cash deposits are also accepted and will be returned once the towels are returned. 9) Smoking in a nonsmoking room is prohibited, and will result in a cleaning fee of $500. If necessary, guest authorizes the Hotel to bill guest card for a $500 cleaning fee. 10) Leaving a unit in a condition that requires excessive cleaning will result in a cleaning fee of $300 or more.  If necessary, guest authorizes the Hotel to bill guest card for a $300 cleaning fee.  11) Guest liable for the cost of replacing missing items and/or rectifying damage to the Hotel's property or structure caused by deliberate, negligent or reckless act(s) and/or those act(s) of person(s) traveling with guest.  Guest authorizes the Hotel to charge guest credit/debit card for all such damages and/or missing items.  12) Cash, Pre-paid Debit Cards or Gift Cards will not be accepted for Security Deposits. 13) All room keys must be returned to Front Desk at Check-out or be charged a $200 RE-KEY FEE.  The hotel reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these  terms and/or conditions at any time without prior notice or warning.
