Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Cancellations must be made in the form of email to sleep@dipanddozehostel.com. We do not accept cancellations made by telephone.
- All notifications of cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to your total stay, and all subsequent nights, if any, will be cancelled.
- No-shows will be charged the total amount of the booking and will not be issued a refund under any circumstances.
- Early departures are not eligible for refund under any circumstances. Remaining nights cannot be changed to a different date or transferred to a different guest under any circumstances.
- There will be no refunds made for any guests who has to be removed from premises for smoking in dorms, drugs/ illegal substances, or any inappropriate behaviour.
Terms and Conditions
- A refundable security deposit of IDR 200.000/ per dorm bed or IDR 500.000/ per private room is required upon check in. Security deposit must be made in CASH ONLY.
- Departing guests must return room key, towel & padlock to the front office during check out. Failing to do so will result in losing the security deposit.
