Each spacious log cabin features:
• Two bedrooms (for 2-3 people) and a loft (for 2 people)
• A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and electric kettle
• A cosy living room with sofas, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV
• A private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer
• Traditional Finnish sauna for ultimate relaxation
• Bed linen set incl. towels
• A small bag of firewood (additional bags for extra cost)

We have a total of 12 log cabins. Each cabin is built from rare and beautifully weathered arctic pine (kelohonka) – a traditional Finnish log material known for its unique silver-grey colour and natural insulation. The timeless design and natural materials create a warm, stylish atmosphere that blends seamlessly with the surrounding nature.
Easy to Reach – Whether You Drive or Fly
Our cabins are easily accessible year-round. If you're arriving by car, there’s plenty of free parking right in front of each cabin.
If you’re flying, there’s a direct and affordable airport bus from Ivalo Airport to Saariselkä, with a bus stop conveniently located just next to the cabins – also perfect for your return journey. In winter, you can also book a private transfer through us for extra comfort and convenience.
Ideally Located for Nature and Adventure All Year Round
Arctic Log Cabins are set in a quiet and scenic location, just a 5-minute walk (approx. 500 m) from Saariselkä village centre, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, shops, and services. The nearest grocery store, K-Market Kuukkeli, is about 1 km away.
On clear winter nights, you are likely to witness the Northern Lights dancing right above the cabins.
In winter, you can access cross-country ski trails directly from your cabin. We also offer discounted prices for local activities such as husky safaris, northern lights tours, cross-country skiing lessons, and snowshoe excursions – all easily bookable through us. Pick-up for activities is arranged straight from your cabin door – all you need to do is relax and enjoy.
During the Lappish summer and midnight sun, when temperatures can reach a surprising 25–30°C, you can cool off at Kelolampi, the local swimming pond, just a few hundred metres from your cabin. Combine a sauna session in your cabin with a refreshing swim for the ultimate Arctic wellness moment! Summer and autumn are perfect for hiking, mountain biking or even a scenic road trip to the Arctic Ocean in Norway. You can also try your luck fishing in Lapland’s clean and peaceful lakes.
