Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation
Guest must cancel their reservation 48 hours prior to their reservation date for nightly and weekly stays. And 7 days for monthly and 6 monthly stays.
Non smoking
We require a refundable security deposit of $200.00 for nightly stays. For weekly, monthly and 6 monthly stays, the security deposit starts at $395.00 and up, depending on what type of room is booked.
From September 13th, 2022 our new office hours will be 8am - 4.30pm central standard time. If you are going to be checking in later than 4.30pm, call the front desk between these hours and we will let you know where to pick up your room key.
