The prices shown are per room and per night, including VAT at the current legal rate, and breakfast. There is no extra cost for including babies or cots in your reservation. Requesting an extra bed or booking for children aged 5 and over has an additional cost. Payment can be made via bank transfer or debit/credit card. Making a reservation implies an advance payment of the reservation amount, which may be refunded in the event of cancellation of the reservation, within the conditions set out in the Cancellation Policy. Check-in can be done from 3 pm, and check-out must take place by 12 pm. If you arrive at the House before the indicated time, and the room is already available, check-in can be done at that time. If this is not possible, you can always make use of Casa de Campo's common spaces and amenities while you wait. If you intend to check-in at a late hour, you must communicate this fact to Casa de Campo and articulate the time so that your reception takes place without constraints. The Cancellation Policy may change in the case of promotional campaigns. However, the normal cancellation policy provides for the possibility of cancellation without penalty if up to 30 days before arrival, and a 50% penalty for cancellations up to 20 days before arrival. Private parking is available free of charge. However, Casa de Campo Franco da Serra is not responsible for any damage suffered by vehicles. Casa de Campo Franco da Serra adopts a non-smoking policy, meaning smoking is prohibited in rooms and interior areas. During your stay, please notify our team immediately if you notice any damage to the rooms or equipment. We will take all possible actions to resolve problems and ensure that equipment and facilities are working properly. Casa de Campo reserves the right to demand payment for damages/damage caused by negligence or misuse by guests. Pets are not allowed in accommodation or social areas. There is no minimum number of nights for your stay.
