All balances due must be paid in full on arrival.
It very important to respect the check out time of 12:00 PM otherwise a charge of 50% of your nightly will be automatically charged to your account. Unfortunately due to the frequency of late checkouts we must implement this policy. Late check outs create problems with arriving guests so we ask that you please understand and be respectful. Guests are more than welcome to leave their luggage in Reception and enjoy the facilities until their departure but the Villa must be vacated by 12:00.
