Reservation Cancellation
For reservations with 2 or more rooms, we require 7 days notice prior to your check-in date for a full refund.
If we are not provided with cancellation notice without proper notice, we are unable to provide a full refund.

We have designated pet-friendly rooms if you're traveling with a furry companion.
Small pets under 20lbs have a pet fee of $30.00 per pet, per night.
Large pets above 20lbs have a pet fee of $40.00 per pet, per night.
We request that if you are traveling with a pet, please call us as soon as possible during operational hours at 1-250-457-9693 to verify the acceptance of your pet and verify your room assignment as pet-friendly rooms are limited.
Right to Refuse Service
Destination INN - Cache Creek staff reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to system errors, seasonal rate differences, employee errors, or abnormal / disruptive / rude guest behaviour.
External Booking Terms and Conditions
Reservations made via external booking platforms are liable to their policies, terms and conditions. Please read and familiarize yourself according to the platform you reserved on.
Damage Policy
A valid credit card will be required at check-in for secure holding purposes, and may be charged according to the fees below:
- If a room key has been lost, damaged, or not returned upon check-out, a $50.00 replacement fee will be added for each affected key.
- Smoking and / or vaping is prohibited in all rooms / suites and common areas. A penalty fee of up to $500.00 may be charged if violation occurs.
- In the unlikely case of any damages during your stay, missing items or loss of income due to damages to the room or appliances, the cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
