Welcome to our little guest ranch. We are locally owned and have lived, worked, and raised a family right here in the valley. It’s been a wonderful life and we have tried to create a rural lodging facility that will enhance your stay and give you a little taste of what we have. The Mazama Ranch House is surrounded by beautiful green fields, snow capped mountains and large ponderosa pines. Experience a little bit of country living where hay fields are being farmed, wildlife is running through the property and enjoy our dark skies where the stars at night shine so bright. From our porch, step onto the world renowned Methow Valley Sport Trails for world class skiing and mountain biking. In addition, horse facilities are provided onsite for your four legged friends. Lastly, tie the knot in our church. The Barn, the adjacent meadows and surrounding peaks offer a spectacular location for weddings and family reunions.

Terms and Conditions
- No pets of any kind allowed in the room.
- No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Ranch House reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
- This reservation is not transferable.
- The Ranch House reserves the right to send guests away from the Property due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Ranch House owners or employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.
- Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the Hotel at any point of time.
- All the assets and valuables of the Ranch House should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Ranch House has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Property (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.
- If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to; a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is not The Ranch Houses responsibility to advise management prior to arrival.
- Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The Ranch House takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
- The Ranch House is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area. The Ranch House is obliged to clearly express in the parking area that the area is not supervised and the Ranch House is not responsible for the property kept in there.
- You shall indemnify and hold the Ranch House harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, injury, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay on the property.
- The Ranch House shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Ranch House.
- The Ranch House does not accept any liability for any failure by the Ranch House to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
