REQUIRED BOOKING AGE
- Children 16 and younger stay free, when accompanied by an adult.
- Minimum booking age is 18.
REQUIRED PAYMENTS
- Total balance due, on arrival date.
- We will ask before charging the card on file, in case you would like to use a different card or pay in cash.
REQUIRED PERSONAL INFORMATION
- Check-in or out might be contactless: provide us with your cell phone number.
IF A CITY WIDE MASK MANDATE IS IN EFFECT: COVID-19 RESPONSIBILITIES
- You must purchase or use your own mask.
- You must wear a mask at all times while you are using the outside or inside common areas on the property.
- You must socially / physically distance yourself from staff and other guests by at least 6 feet.
- You can not hold us responsible, if you or someone staying in your room, becomes infected with COVID-19.
- You must vacate the property, if you are unable to follow any of the above requirements.
- You must vacate the property, if a staff member feels that you have COVID-19 symptoms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Free cancellation.
- As a courtesy, please contact us, so we can attempt to re-book the room.
- After arrival, no refunds will be issued without management approval.
CHANGES MADE TO THE RESERVATION
- Specific rooms may be requested, but are not guaranteed.
- An equal or better room may be substituted.

GUESTHOUSE & PROPERTY AMENITIES
Experience the real Old Town Key at our 1950s family owned tropical style guesthouse.
We are only a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean beaches, Duval Street and the Southernmost Point Buoy.
Enjoy our large lagoon heated pool (in the winter), sunbathing area, towering palms trees and lush landscaping.
Outdoor pool (heated in the winter) is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Outside of the above hours, please keep noise to a minimum, so as not to disturb our other guests.
The central pool courtyard contains umbrella tables, chairs and loungers.
Our gated sanctuary provides a peaceful setting only steps away from all that Key West has to offer.
ACCOMMODATIONS & ROOM AMENITIES
Our comfortable and individually decorated rooms, all have their own private bathroom.
There are a total of only 12 ground floor rooms and all are smoke free.
Ashtrays provided for smoking in the courtyard.
