CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Please contact the front desk to make arrangements for early check-in. Guests checking in late run the risk of losing their reservations unless the front desk is contacted in advance.
- Check-out: Check-out time is 12:00 PM the following day. If a late check-out is required, please inform the front desk. Guests will be required to present a valid credit/debit card and a valid form of identification upon check-in, even if payment has been made prior to check-in.
- Prepaid Reservations: For prepaid reservations, payment must be made in advance by contacting the front desk.
- Non-Prepaid Reservations: Upon arrival, guests can pay with cash (Mexican Peso or US Dollar) or by credit card.
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. A designated smoking area is provided outside the hotel premises.
- Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests.
- Free parking is provided on-site for every guest. There is a limit of one car per reservation. If you need a parking space before your arrival, please contact the hotel in advance as there is a limited number of parking spaces.
- The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safes provided for securing valuables.
- Prepaid Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. The fee is equivalent to the first night's stay.
- Non-Prepaid Reservations: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival without a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to the first night's stay.
- Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises, except for service animals.
- To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Housekeeping services are provided daily. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign provided in your room.
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without a refund.
