NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
• In case of cancellation by the guest up to 4 days (96 hours) prior to the arrival date,
two options will be provided:
1 - Change of dates, free of charge (one time);
2 - Voucher with the amount paid valid for 12 months.
• In case of cancellation by the guest 3 days before arrival (72 hours) or incase of No Show,
the remaining 50% of the reservation will be charged.
In any situation the amount paid in advance is non-refundable.
REFUNDABLE RATE
• In case of cancellation by the guest up to 4 days (96 hours) prior to the arrival date,

the remaining 50% of the reservation will be charged.

PAYMENT METHOD
To process your reservation, a Reservation Guarantee Deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Total charge will be debited to your credit card. The rest of the total will be paid at your check-in. Credit cards accepted: Visa and MasterCard.
ATTENTION
The payment of services, like tours, massages or transfers must be done in cash:
• for the payment of tours and massages we only accept Pesos.
• for the payment of transfer service we accept USD, Pesos or Euros.
• for Beach Bar & Restaurant consumption, we accept payments in cash (USD, Euros or Pesos), via PayPal account (with an additional charge of 6%) and by Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card.
• for the payment of tours and massages we only accept Pesos.
• for the payment of transfer service we accept USD, Pesos or Euros.
