Property and Cancelation Policies :
A deposit of 50% will be charged to your payment method 15 days in advance of your stay.
Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 15 days prior to arrival with full refund of your deposit.
If you cancel after this term, the hotel will keep the deposit, and that amount can be used towards a stay with us within six months time of the reserved arrival day.
In case of no show the day of arrival, the total cost of the stay will be charged.
Terms and Conditions
Check-in time is 3 pm. Please let us know via e-mail or phone, the estimate time of your arrival.
Check-out time is 12 pm. Please let us know a few minutes in advance that you are ready to leave.
If you are bringing your own car and will require parking, please confirm with us in advance.
All our rooms have A/C, a gas fireplace, excellent WIFI service, smart TV with cable service, a telephone, safety box, hair dryer and amenities.
Casa Delphine is not responsible for guest valuables that are not deposited in the safes in each room.
All guests recognize that Casa Delphine will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur on property during their stay.
Every room has valuables that are part of the cultural heritage of the hotel. Please note that the guest must cover any damage, theft or loss thereof.
Minimum guest age allowed is 14 years old.
The rooms are for two persons only. No extra persons please.
No pets allowed, and no smoking is allowed in the rooms.
When booking, you confirm that you know and accept our policies.
Our rates are per room per night, based on single or double occupancy. The applicable taxes to our rates are 16% VAT, 4% lodging and 8% service charge.
In order to guarantee your reservation you will have to provide your credit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Amex.
14 days before your arrival date, The hotel will charge 50% of the total of your reservation to your credit card. The remaining amount will be charged/collected upon arrival.
