GETTING AROUND Courtesy bikes are available from us and there's a MoGo Bikeshare at S Troy St & E 2nd St at the Farmer's Market. We're fifteen minutes from downtown Detroit, ten minutes from Troy, and twenty minutes from everywhere else in Metropolitan Detroit. Getting an UBER or LYFT is easy, most arrive within a couple of minutes. If you're traveling by car, parking is included with your stay.

Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation Policy: All reservations are non-refundable within 72 hours of your stay. Within 72 hours of your stay, we can move your reservation to another night as a one time accomodation, but we cannot cancel it. You are responsible for extra charges to move your reservation to a night when room charges are more expensive. If the night you move your reservation to is less expensive, you agree that you will not receive a refund.
Terms and Conditions
- Prices and Taxes-Prices are stated at the time of booking on the website, on the phone, or in the lobby. When you book, you are protecting yourself from price increases which may occur before your arrival based on demand.. Taxes are charged at 6% Michigan Sales Tax and 2% Michigan Convention Bureau Tax.
- Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out. At the time of check-in, we will charge your credit card for your stay plus a $100.00 credit card hold for the duration of your stay for incidentals, damage, smoking violations, and the purchase of lobby goods. This hold will be removed on the day of departure once the room is inspected.
- Traveling with Minors- Please advise us of any minor children who are staying with you.
- Accessibility or Special Needs-Some rooms are on the second floor and are only accessible by stairways. Please advise us if you have difficulty climbing stairs and we will do our best to get you a first-floor room. We do not have any ADA-accessible rooms.
- Parking-We provide complimentary parking for one vehicle per room.
- Hotel Events-We may have events booked at the Hotel the night of your stay. Some events are invite-only, and some are open to the public. Ask your front desk representative for details.
- Dispute Resolution/Issues-We want to work out any issues which may arise when they arise. Please tell us if you have any issues at the time they arise so we can address them. If you don't tell us within an hour of your arrival, then you waive any right to demand a refund through a chargeback on your credit card or other means.
- Use of Personal Information-We use your personal information internally and use your telephone number text messages during your stay. If you don't agree to the use of your telephone number during your stay for quest communications or after your stay for marketing purposes, please let us know.
- Force Majeure-We are not responsible for the unavailability of any reservation if we cannot honor it due to a Force Majeure event.
- Cancellation Policy: All reservations are non-refundable within 72 hours of your stay. Within 72 hours of your stay, we can move your reservation to another night as a one-time accomodation, but we cannot cancel it without a charge equal to one night's stay. You will be responsible for extra charges to move your reservation to a night if room charges for that night are more than the night you originally booked. You will not receive a refund if the room charges for the night the reservation is moved to are less than the night you originally booked.
- Guarantee Policy: A valid major credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. A cancellation fee will be charged if you do not cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date and check-in time.
