Terms and Conditions
- The number of guests entered in your booking must match the actual number of guests arriving. Each lodge has a strict maximum occupancy.
- If you arrive with more guests than booked, the extra persons will not be permitted to stay. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- If available, you may reserve an additional lodge to accommodate extra guests.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the resort premises.
- Argileh (shisha) is not available or served at the resort.
- All lodges are non-smoking. A fine of 50 JOD will apply if smoking is detected inside the lodges.
- Pets are not allowed inside the lodges.
- يجب أن يتطابق عدد الضيوف في الحجز مع العدد الفعلي للضيوف عند الوصول. لكل نزل حد أقصى للإشغال
