Property and Cancelation Policies :
A 10% Non-Refundable Booking Deposit is required to reserve the following accommodations: 2 Bedroom House, 3 Bedroom House, 4 Bedroom House, Moses House, Noah's House, Paul's House, Lazarus House.
Family reservations for 5 or more nights will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total balance due if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Family reservations for less than 5 nights will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total balance due if cancelled within 72 hours of arrival.
The Booking Deposit will be applied to the cancellation fee.
All cancellations must be made via email to reservations@christiancamp.com and confirmed via phone call to our office. 850-234-2502
Group Reservation Cancellation Policy:
Group Reservations cancelled more than 180 days from the date of arrival will be charged 50% of the Total Minimum Group Fee.
Group Reservations cancelled 180 days or less from the date of arrival will be charged 100% of the Total Minimum Group Fee.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the group reservation can be rebooked to another group.
Force Majeure: Should cancellation of the reservation become necessary because of a hurricane or other act of God, whereas the State of Florida or Bay County government declares a state of emergency requiring guests to evacuate, we shall cancel the reservation without penalty.
Terms and Conditions
Guests staying at Laguna Beach Christian Retreat must adhere to the following terms and conditions. Guests violating these terms and conditions are subject to removal from the property.
- LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED (towels,sheets,pillows) - They can be rented for $20 per bed. Contact the office prior to arrival if you need to rent linens.
- A 10% deposit is required to reserve your accommodation.
- Rates do not include state and local taxes. Current tax rate is 12%
- NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON PROPERTY
- NO SMOKING - LAGUNA BEACH CHRISTIAN RETREAT IS A SMOKE FREE CAMPUS
- MINORS SHALL BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES
- FULL PAYMENT IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL
- MINIMUM AGE TO RENT 25 YEARS OLD
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- NO LIFEGUARDS ARE PROVIDED AT THE POOLS OR GULF OF AMERICA
- NO FIREARMS ALLOWED ON CAMPUS
- CAMPUS QUIET TIME IS 10 PM C.S.T.
- CAMPUS CURFEW IS 11:30 PM C.S.T.
Churches / Organizations / Groups using Laguna Beach Christian Retreat are subject to these additional terms and conditions:
- Accident insurance is not provided by Laguna Beach Christian Retreat, nor does Laguna Beach Christian Retreat or employees thereof assume responsibility for accidents or injuries. We strongly suggest guests obtain a accident travel policy before visiting.
- Minors must be supervised at all times while on the premises of Laguna Beach Christian Retreat and public areas surrounding the campus including the beach
- At least one adult supervisor must reside in any room where minors are housed
- No lifeguards are provided at the pools or the Gulf of America. Guests assume all risks when swimming in the pools or Gulf of America
- Quiet time for amplified music in all meeting rooms or outdoor spaces is 10 PM C.S.T.
- Campus Quiet time is 10 PM C.S.T. - No outdoor organized group activities after this time.
- No basketball, volleyball, gaga ball or other outdoor games after 10 PM
- Guests must be off the beach and on campus by 11 PM C.S.T. - Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping the noise level down while using the public access paths to and from the beach
- Amplified music and noise from Meeting rooms is only allowed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM C.S.T.
- Campus Curfew is 11:30 PM C.S.T. - Guests must be in their rooms
- Guests shall treat the premises of Laguna Beach Christian Retreat with respect. Damages will be assessed
- No fireworks, shaving cream fights, water balloon fights, skateboards, or other hazardous play on the premises
- No diving in any pools, no running/pushing/shoving at the pools
