AYCA LA FLORA, is a boutique hotel located in a recently restored house from the early 20th century with a modern industrial-style addition, located in the center of the historical part on Cerro Concepción, declared an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We have 11 rooms, individually decorated with love, each with a private bathroom. In addition to enjoying a view of the beautiful port of Valparaíso and the emblematic hills of the city, you can enjoy the peace of our idyllic green oasis.
Prices and taxes
• Hotel AYCA LA FLORA expresses its values in local currency (CLP).
• For foreigners who have a single immigration card (PDI), VAT is notcharged. (Export bill)
Payment and Check-in & Check-out conditions
• Payment of the reservation can be made via remote payment to creditcard, electronic transfer, webpay payment or in person with credit cards, debitcards or cash.
• Any additional charge to the reservation will be made at the time of check-out.
• For international guest we will need a 100% retention on their credit card as guarantee. We will contact you for your personal details.
• For national guest it is requested to pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation within 48 hours, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.

• The price includes breakfast from 08:30 to 10:30 a.m.
• Notify in advance if you want a vegetarian or gluten-free breakfast.
Minors
• For security reasons, AYCA LA FLORA only admits children from the ageof 10.
