Property and Cancelation Policies :
Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid penalty. If canceled within 24 hours, the full cost of the reservation will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the check-in date, guests will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the check-in date will be fully refunded, but guests must contact the hotel directly via email or phone to arrange the cancellation.
No-shows and early departures will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
In the event of a cancellation or modification to a reservation, the hotel reserves the right to release the room for other bookings.
Terms and Conditions
1-Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests can be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to additional fees.
2-Guests must present a valid ID or passport and a credit card at check-in. If the guest's name on the reservation is different from the name on the credit card, the guest must provide a third-party authorization form.
3-Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas of the hotel, including some guest rooms. Any smoking-related damages or cleaning fees will be charged to the guest's credit card or security deposit cash on file.
4-Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms of the hotel, subject to availability. A pet deposit will be required at check-in, and any damages or cleaning fees caused by the pet will be charged to the guest's credit card on file
5-Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel property during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest's credit card or security deposit on file.
6-The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to, noncompliance with hotel policies or behavior that is disruptive to other guests.
7-Any items left behind by guests will be held for 90 days, after which they will be disposed of or donated to charity.
8-Our hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guest property during their stay, unless caused by hotel negligence.
Guests are responsible for their own personal safety and security during their stay.
9-Guests are responsible for any expenses incurred during their stay, including but not limited to, room charges, meals, and additional services
10-Our hotel does not provide daily housekeeping services. If you wish to have your room cleaned during your stay, you may request this service at the front desk for an additional fee.
11-Our hotel may be forced to cancel or modify bookings due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
In such cases, the hotel will make every effort to notify guests in advance and provide alternative arrangements where possible.
12-Our hotel respects the privacy and security of our guests' personal information.
Any personal information collected during the booking or check-in process will be used only for the purpose of providing hotel services to the guest.
13-Our hotel may host events or gatherings from time to time, which may cause temporary disruptions or changes to hotel services.
