The Inn at Seven Acre is our luxury boutique hotel. Our Inn features eight well-appointed rooms and suites, all with modern amenities and charming decor that blend contemporary design with our historic factory's architecture to create a wonderfully-authentic guest experience. Our Inn is perfect for business travelers seeking a relaxing evening, leisure travelers desiring a romantic getaway, or families wanting that night away from the hustle and bustle. The Inn at Seven Acre is also an ideal place to host board retreats, wedding parties, corporate events, and arts and cultural opportunities.
Check in time is 3pm and checkout time is 11am.
Arrival times before 3pm or after 6pm will need to be coordinated with the staff at least 24 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability. Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations made fourteen days or less prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit the entire paid amount unless we can move your reservation to another date within the same calendar year at time of cancellation. There is a $30 fee for all rescheduled reservations. You may only reschedule your booking once.
No shows will be charged 100% of the total paid deposit.

Terms and Conditions
Rates are per night and based on double occupancy. Rates are subject to a $24 destination fee and 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax. The Inn at Seven Acre is a non-smoking and historic property.
Accessibility
The property features an ADA room, offers (4) Handicap accessible parking spots with access aisle and an elevator lift for guests to access the restaurant, bar and cafe.

Deposit Policy:
Given the size of our hotel and the limited number of rooms, reservations are prepaid in advance for all nights reserved by credit card. You may also do so using a gift card, which needs to be redeemed by contacting dairydelights@sevenacredairyco.com
Good Neighbor Policy:
No unregistered guests are allowed on property. Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 8:00am. Should any guest be unreasonably disturbed by a party, due to excessive noise or other extreme circumstances, the offending party may be charged for other guests inconvenience. We want all guests to enjoy the tranquility and beauty that Seven Acre Dairy Company provides! If you cannot comply, hotel management reserves the right to ask you to leave and your booking will be non-refundable.
Non-Smoking Property:
Seven Acre Dairy Company is a non-smoking property. You can smoke at designated areas in our parking lot, but not on premises. Including vaping, e-cigarettes, cannabis, hookah, cigars, etc. A fee of $400 will be charged for any noticeable odor or visible smoke seen anywhere on property. Please respect our historic property.
Pet Policy:
We have two rooms that allow pets under the terms of our Pet Policy (The Milk Haulers Suite and The Pabst Room only). For non service animals there is a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00/night per pet. Please contact dairydelights@sevenacredairyco.com or call 608.416.4023 ahead of your arrival to make arrangements.
Onsite Parking:
Parking is complimentary. Each room has (1) reserved parking spot. Additional gravel/grass parking is available on property based on availability.
There are 4 handicap accessible parking spots with access aisle available.
