超過20:00入住請提前聯繫通知。2歲以上須加人，每人$1,000。加床每床$500，加嬰兒床每床$300，加棉被每件$100。室內禁菸，勿攜違法藥物，晚上10點後請降低音量。僅水芙蓉小島房型可攜帶寵物入住，酌收清潔費800元，其他房型禁止攜帶寵物入內，有寵物旅館可配合寄宿。入住皆附早餐、下午茶，另可加購排餐。需出示身份證件以便辦理登記。房間遺留物不負管理責任，寄回運費需自行負擔。如有設備損壞需照折舊後價格賠償
