Property and Cancelation Policies :
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 14 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation within 14 days of arrival.
Terms and Conditions
- VAT, service charge and breakfast are already included.
- All rooms are limited to two people; any additional people will be charged. There is a maximum of three people per room. Except for the family jacuzzi villa room, four people can be accommodated per room as a standard.
- Children under the age of 12 stay for free (room only) in a room occupied by the parents, using existing bedding, and breakfast will be charged at the rate of 250 THB per person. If a rollaway bed is required, there will be an additional 1,200 THB charge per night.
- Infants (under 5 years old) will receive free breakfast and a baby cot (upon request).
