Terms and Conditions
Guest must provide photo ID upon check-in as well as a credit card for an incidental deposit ($100 hold returned to guest after checkout. Allow up to 10 days to clear bank). Guest paying in cash is required to place an incidental hold of $200.
WARNING-The hotel is a non-smoking property except in a designated area away from rooms. Please be considerate to non-smokers who find smoke unpleasant or a health hazard. Guests who smoke in non-smoking areas (Rooms, Balconies, Pool, Parking lots and Common Areas) will be charged $ 400.00 cleaning fee.
WARNING- No pets allowed on the property. A pet in a guest room will result in a $400.00 pet fee. Service animals are exempt - however, if the service animal damages the property, a $400 pet fee also applies.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. You are responsible to utilize the parental control features of the guest room entertainment system to assure children and minors do not have access to adult programing.
Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. As a courtesy to arriving guests, please check-out by 11:00 a.m. so we can prepare the room for the next guest. A late check-out fee of one day rent plus tax will be applied to guests that check out after 12:00 noon. The maximum length of stay at the Lodge is 29 consecutive days.
Housekeeping services are provided daily per guest request. Please note the environmental "Save our Planet" signs in each room. Guests make the choice if bedding and /or towels are changed every day. We respect your right to privacy and encourage you to use our Do Not Disturb / Housekeeper Service sign. We do reserve the right to enter guest rooms as permitted by law.
A safe is provided in your room for your money, jewelry and other valuables. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in your room ,your vehicle or items otherwise left unattended.
Guests must comply with all federal, state and local laws as well as the hotel's rules and regulations which can be found in the guest directory in the room. If a guest or a member of their party does not comply with these requirements , they may be asked to leave the hotel and/or be removed from the property.
The guest's signature on the Registration agreement authorizes the hotel to charge the guest's credit card for all charges associated with their stay, including all damages and losses caused by the guest or their guests. The guest agrees to be personally responsible and liable for all such charges. In the event the guest's credit card, corporate, direct billing , or other means of payment is declined or unavailable for any reason, the guest authorizes the hotel to bill your credit card.

Guests must provide information the Lodge requires to complete the business transaction. We will store this information in a safe manner. Information that we may require includes, but is not limited to: Contact information (such as name, mailing address, email address, phone number, etc.); Financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, etc.); Reservation information (such as the name of the merchant, reservation number, date of reservation, type of room, etc.);Other information (such as data required by the merchant, promotional package,etc.); and Identification information (such as a current driver’s license or current passport plus one other form of ID such as a credit card). We require identification information to ensure that the person signing the registration contract is the registered guest. Upon Lodge staff discretion, we may require a photocopy of guests’ driver’s licenses for identification, security, and legal compliance purposes. We will store this information in a safe manner and will not sell or otherwise distribute this personal information unless required by law to do so.
We reserve the right to disclose personally identifiable information in response to a legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or when we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use and/or policies, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing Laguna Hills Lodge and applicable laws or as otherwise required or permitted by law or consistent with legal requirements.
