Terms and Conditions
- The rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and include a 10% Service Charge, 7% VAT, and 1% Provincial Tax.
- Rates apply to 2 adults in a one-bedroom and up to 4 adults in a two-bedroom category.
- An extra person charge, inclusive of breakfast, is THB 1,500 net per person per day for an extra bed.
- Complimentary WiFi internet is available in guest rooms and throughout the resort.
- Guests can use the gym free of charge.
- Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and check-out time is at 12:00 pm (noon).
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out between 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm will incur a charge of 50% of the room rate.
- Late check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
- For early departures, charges will be applied based on the cancellation policy.
- Additional breakfast is charged at THB 500 net per person per day.
- Kudo Hotel is an adults-only property. All guests and visitors must be fifteen (15) years old or above.
- The hotel will require a damage at THB 3,000 upon arrival either in cash or credit card and the money will be refunded upon check out in full amount, if not any damage during stay.
