Payment Methods: We accept Visa and Mastercard only. Cash option is not available.
For individual bookings, the amount of your reservation will be charged 7 days in advance of the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy :
For individual bookings it must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. In event of no-show or late cancellation, the full amount will be charged and your reservation will be canceled.

Room Policies:
Room Allocation: We will do our best to accommodate your room preferences, but specific room assignments cannot be guaranteed.
Room key card: Please note that lost room keys will result in a replacement fee.
General Policies:
QuietHours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others during this time.
Behaviour and Respect: Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour towards other guests or staff may result in eviction without a refund.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the hostel premises. Smoking/vaping fee €500
Drugs: The consumption and the use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
Valuables: Please be aware that our company is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to hostel / apartments and other guests’ property. These damages will be charged to the guest. The liability for loss is Limited as per Hostel Prop Act 1963.
