____ Remember to take all personal items with you upon check-out.

____ Neither the owner, management, nor staff have any responsibility for theft or damages to your vehicle or its contents due to any cause whatsoever.

____ Smoking of any kind, including vape use and/or any illegal substances is prohibited in all rooms or anywhere within the hotel.  Violation will result in a minimum $200.00 cleaning fee charged to your credit card on file and immediate notification of the violation to the proper authorities as appropriate.  

____ Any hotel items removed from the room will result in applicable charges to your credit card on file.

____ Hair dying is not to be done at anytime within the premises.  Any stains within the tub as identified by housekeeping and management will result in a $200.00 cleaning fee.

____ Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am daily.  Our policy is that you will be given two opportunities to correct the issue.  Any further violations will result in being asked to leave the property immediately.  Any applicable charges incurred will be the responsibility of the guest(s).

____ Complimentary on-site parking

REGARDING COVID-19

____ If staying more than one (1) night, to help slow the spread of the Covid-19 virus, we will not perform any housekeeping services in the rooms.

____ We do our very best to sanitize, but we can't under any circumstances, guarantee you won't become ill.  Thus, neither The Washburn Inn or the Harbor View Event Center will be held liable for any illnesses.

PET POLICY (if applicable)

____ Dogs only pets are allowed in the hotel

____ No more than two (2) dogs are allowed in a guest's room

____ I agree to a non-refundable $30.00 per night, per dog, per stay pet fee

____ I agree not to leave my dogs unattended in the guest's room

____ I agree not to allow my dog on the bed(s) or blanket(s).  Any stained sheets or bedding from pet(s) will result in a $200.00 fee.

____ I agree I am responsible for the noise my dog(s) create and will ensure that my pet does not disrupt the quiet enjoyment of other guests.  If barking persists, guests will be asked to leave the premises.  No refund.

____It is my responsibility to pick up and dispose of any waste associated with my dog(s) on the Inn's premises.  

____ I release The Washburn Inn On The Lake, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury and/or damages suffered by my pet.

____ I agree that I assume full responsibility for any injury or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, by my dog to any guest, employee, or invitee of The Inn.  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Inn and its entities from losses, claims, damages, liabilities, cost, and expenses suffered by The Inn's entities or asserted by any other guest, invitee, or person arising out of or in connection with my pet's stay at The Inn.

____ I agree to pay to The Inn a minimum $200.00 charge for any necessary cleaning or repair due to pet stains and/or damages, as determined within the sole discretion of The Inn.  I hereby authorize my credit card on record to be charged for the cost of these additional services.
