This hotel is 100% smoke free. If I, or anyone accompanying me, smokes in any guest room or any part of the building, I agree to pay a cleaning charge of $250 per occurrence. Parking a vehicle on the hotel premises is done at my own risk. If I am traveling with a pet, I understand I am being charged a $25.00 per pet, per night non-refundable pet fee. I am responsible for any damage caused by my pet and agree that I will be charged for such damage. I will not leave my pet unattended in the room at any time.
I acknowledge that I am a transient occupant; my hotel room is not my residence. The following charges will be added as necessary: 1 Washcloth-$20, 1 Towel-$30, 1 Hand Towel-$25, 1 Bathmat-$30, 1 Pillow- $50, 1 Sheet - $75 each, 1 Pillowcase -$35,1 Bedspread - $150, 1 Blanket -$150, Biohazard Cleanup -$150.
When using a bank/debit card at check-in, an immediate hold will be placed on your funds for room charges, tax, and incidental expenses through the date of your check-out, depending upon the practice of your bank, your funds may not be released for up to 10 business days after your check-outdate. 12pm Mountain Time MT is the checkout time. There is a $25 fee if checkout does not occur prior to 12pm MT. If checkout occurs after 1pm MT, an additional night will be charged.
