General terms and conditions of the BLACK SHEEP
HOSTEL COLOGNE
Bei einer Buchung im Black Sheep Hostel Köln gelten folgende AGBs:
The following general terms and conditions apply for bookings at the BLACK SHEEP HOSTEL
COLOGNE
1. Vertragsabschluß
Die Buchung wird für beide Seiten verbindlich, sobald das Black Sheep Hostel Köln die
Reservierungsanfrage bestätigt.
Weicht die Reservierungsbestätigung vom Inhalt der Reservierungsanfrage ab, so gilt der
Inhalt der Reservierungsbestätigung als Vertragsinhalt, sofern der Gast nach deren Erhalt
nicht unverzüglich widerspricht.
1. Contract conclusion
The booking will be binding for both sides, as soon as the BLACK SHEEP HOSTEL
COLOGNE has received and confirmed the booking request.
Should the content of the booking confirmation differ from the booking request,
the booking confirmation will be the valid contract agreement, as long as the guest
does not object immediately.
2. Anreise / Reservierung
Am Anreisetag besteht die Reservierung bis 18:00 Uhr sofern bei der Buchung keine spätere
Ankunftszeit angegeben wurde oder wir telefonisch bzw. per E-Mail über eine spätere
Ankunft informiert wurden.
Ansonsten verfällt die Reservierung.
2. Arrival/ Advance booking
On the day of arrival the reservation will be valid until 6 p.m. as long as there has been no
prenotation about a later arrival time with the booking or we have been informed via telephone
or e – mail about a later arrival.
Otherwise the advance boooking will expire.
3. Anzahlung
Beträgt der zu zahlende Betrag mehr als 150,- €, so ist bis spätestens 2 Wochen vor Anreise
eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 50% des Gesamtbetrages zu leisten.
3. Prepayment
Should the payable sum exeed f 150,- € , a prepayment of 50% of the total sum is due minimum
two weeks in advance of the arrival.
4. Bezahlung
Die Bezahlung erfolgt in bar bei der Anreise.
Anzahlungen werden per Überweisung getätigt.
4. Payment
Payment is only possible in cash at the arrival.
Prepayments have to be done by bank-transfer.
5. Minderjährige
Die Buchungen von Personen unter 18 Jahren ohne Begleitung Erwachsener können wir
leider nicht annehmen.
5. Minors
We will be not able to accept bookings by persons under age.
6. Stornierungen
1 Person: 1 Tag vor Anreise kostenfrei, danach 100% des Gesamtbetrages
2-4 Personen: 3 Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei, danach 100 % des Gesamtbetrages
5-9 Personen: 7 Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei, bis 4 Tage vor Anreise 50%,
ab 3. Tag 100% des Gesamtpreises
ab 10 Personen: 12 Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei, bis 7 Tage vor Anreise 50 %,
ab dem 6. Tag 100% des Gersamtpreises
6. Cancellation
1 person: 1 day before arrival: no costs, otherwice 100%
2-4 persons: 3 days before arrival: no costs, otherwice 100%
5-9 persons: 7 days before: no costs, until 4 days before arrival 50% of the total price,
from the 3rd day: 100% of the total price,
10 or more: 12 days before arrival: no costs, until 7 days before arrival
50 % of the total costs, from the 6th day: 100% of the total price
7. Kaution
Werden 6- oder 8-Bettzimmer komplett gemietet, ist eine Kaution von 100 Euro pro Zimmer
bei Anreise zu hinterlegen
7. Deposit
If 6- or 8-bed dorms are booked completely there is a 100 Euro deposit per room to pay cash on
arrival
