Terms and Conditions
Bookings made on our website www.nc500pods.co.uk will be charged 28-days prior to check-in, using the payment details given when making the reservation. Bookings made less than 28-days before check-in will be charged the full amount at the time of making the reservation.
Damage: You will be liable to pay for any charges resulting from damage repair/replacement to the pods, equipment or outdoor space.
Cleaning: Normally we do not charge a cleaning fee to the Pods. If Pods are left in a poor condition, you will be liable to pay for the cost of the additional cleaning (charged at £50.00 per hour)
Noise: Please avoid excessive noise, especially at night/early morning. In the UK, between the hours of 11 pm & 7 am, there are legal implementations of excessive noise. NC500Pods could face up to a £500.00 fine if a noise complaint between these hours leads to a fixed penalty notice. If this were to happen, NC500Pods would back-charge the guest the same amount and ask them to leave the site at once.
Dogs: Any dog mess found onsite or in Pods will lead to a £50.00 cleaning charge. The NC500Pods sites are also located near livestock, a busy beach and close to neighbours. For this reason, Dogs must be kept under control at all times. NC500Pods will not be held liable for any costs and penalties relating to dog control issues.
Booking: Your booking will be confirmed and confirmation sent out when we receive full payment for your stay in one of our Pods.
Parking: Each pod has one allocated parking space. Due to the small size of our site we cannot accommodate more vehicles that 1-per-pod.
