G&M Cabins are centrally located in downtown Lake City, within easy walking distance of the many fine shops, restaurants and attractions Lake City has to offer. Our cabins are fully equipped with kitchens, 1 or 2 bedrooms, private baths and Direct TV with HD programming. FREE WI-FI. All cabins have a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, eating utensils, and bed and bath linens. Each cabin is individually owned so they are unique in the way they are decorated. Some have hand-crafted lodge pole furniture and screened porches. There are also outdoor picnic tables, charcoal grills, and shady sitting areas.
All cabins are non smoking of any kind, including screened porches, sitting areas adjacent to cabins.
The grounds are well landscaped with on-site management.
No pets allowed.
Fees per reservation include a cleaning fee for you stay as well as our state sales tax and lodging tax.
Our quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am. We welcome tourism in all forms. You can ride OHVs directly from our location. We ask that you do not idol vehicles on the property and respect all neighbors.

Parking on property is for one vehicle each cabin. Trailers and additional vehicles will park outside the property. Ask manager for directions.
Occupancy is for people on the reservation only. Quiet time is between 9pm and 7am. No idling of vehicles on the property. Please respect your neighbors.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. The office is located on the property at 331 N Gunnison Ave. Every effort is made to have each unit ready for occupancy by the check-in time, but sometimes unforeseen events can delay the readiness of some units. We ask and thank you for your patience if this occurs. There will be no discounts offered due to a late check-in.
Check-out Time: Check-out time is no later than 10:00 AM..
NO PETS are permitted on the property
Rental Deposits: All reservations are not secured until proper deposit of one night non-refundable payment is confirmed. This may be paid by personal check, bank cashier’s check, or credit card (Master Card, Visa, or Discover). Your remaining balance would be due 10 days before you check in.~ If your arrival is less than 20 days, the payment in full would be at the time your reservation is made in order to secure your reservation.
Cancellations:. ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event you must cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to re-rent the property for your original dates. If we re-rent your property, all monies (less a 10% Cancellation Fee on the deposit) will be returned to you (after the booking has been completed). If after diligent effort, we are unable to re-rent the property, the deposit will be forfeited.
~If cancellations are made outside of the 30 days of arrival, your deposit will be returned minus the 10% Cancellation Fee and Administration Fee (if charged).
~If the deposit is not received within 20 days of your reservation we will treat the reservation as a cancellation.
~G&M Cabins is not responsible for the weather or other Acts of God and there will be no refunds for these occurrences.
~All our cabins are Non-Smoking. NO EXCEPTIONS. Violation of this term will constitute an automatic charge to the Credit Card on file, for necessary cleaning, damages, and loss of any rental income due to this negligence.

~Maximum Number of Guests: Each property has an allowed maximum number of guests. If there are more guests than the property allows there is a charge of $10 per person per night. Guests who exceed the maximum occupancy are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments.
Rates: All Published or Quoted rental rates and fees are accurate.
Payment of Rent: Rental Payments are payable in full 10 days before your scheduled check in. We accept cash, personal checks, bank cashier’s check, and all major credit cards.
Housekeeping: Each property will be stocked with an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, dish soap, coffee filters, bath soap, paper towels. Please check the amenities list for the specific unit. No Daily Maid Service is provided. We do not supply fresh towels daily. If you want to change towels out after a few days you will bring soiled towels to the office.
Maintenance/Damage: Any maintenance issues and/or damage should be reported to G&M Cabins. If this is not an emergency, please contact us during normal daytime hours. Maintenance or Housekeeping staff may enter the property to respond to any maintenance and/or housekeeping issues during your stay. Please treat the home as your own and be conscious of the use of electricity and heating, especially if you are out of the unit. Rearranging of furniture is not permitted. Tenant must leave the property in a clean condition to include the following: trash removed and placed in the dumpster as needed, all dishes washed and put away; all windows closed and locked; all keys should be taken to the key drop located on the porch of the office; all breakage reported, Property Rules and Regulations: All guests must observe the rules and regulations set forth by each property. Failure to comply can result in eviction.
