All of our rooms are spacious and each have private bathrooms and a private entrance from outside through French doors. 2. For any damage to hotel property guests will be held responsible and charged accordingly.

4. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEEDING MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY TO A ROOM! GUESTS WHO DO SO WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO STAY!
5. MINI SUITES ( TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS ) MAY NOT EXCEED 4 PEOPLE AND SINGLE ROOMS ( ONE QUEEN OR KING SIZE BED ) MAY NOT EXCEED 2 PEOPLE. ( WE DO NOT HAVE ANY EXTRA BEDS )
