Check in time is at 3 PM. and checkout time is at 11 AM. If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that you must do so 24 hours in advance before check in time. Failure to do so will result in the first night charge to your card on file. Reservations require a valid Credit Card. Invalid Credit Cards, including insufficient funds, will result in a cancellation of your reservation. Guest wishing to pay using Cash can make payment adjustments at the time of arrival, in which funds will be refunded to the Credit Card used for your reservation guarantee. Refunds may take 3-5 days depending on your banking company. Cash Payments require a card on file. Please be advised due to hotel policy we do not accept pre-paid cards. Payment must be made with a valid debit or credit card, with valid Identification, matching the individual checking into the room.

Dear Splash Universe Resort Guests,

Thank you for choosing out hotel as we strive to provide you a relaxing, comfortable, and safeenvironment for all of our guests, we would ask that you adhere to the following guidelines during yourstay:A valid credit card with guest name and matching photo ID are required for all reservations andmust be given at the time of check in or reservation. The credit card must authorize for the full amount of thefirst night stay. If you wish to change the method of payment to cash, you are welcome to do so atcheck out.

We are a 100% NON-SMOKING hotel. All rooms are smoke free. Guests will be charged a$250.00 non-refundable room recovery fee if evidence of smoking in the room is present.Evidence includes ashes, cigarettes, cigars, etc. or any type of smoke odor.

Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms. Parties in the rooms are not permitted. You will beasked to leave without a refund.

Only registered guests are allowed to use hotel facilities: this includes the pool and fitness room.Noise level must be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (11pm - 7am). Loud orexcessive noise in a room or on hotel grounds is prohibited: this includes running in the hallwaysand stairwells.

Underage possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages anywhere on hotel grounds isstrictly prohibited. Local law enforcement will be notified.

We reserve the right to charge a cleaning/damage fee for any room that has been left in anunacceptable state.

Please be aware that any and all violators of the above terms are subject to eviction without refundand/or room recovery charges.
