Together we want to offer you the best experience and look after our environment of Puerto Escondido. You will find sleep, good wifi, clean facilities, safe environment and a lovely place to get know to other travelers from all over the world. Property and Cancelation Policies :
1. Individual reservations can cancelled without incurring any charge as long as said reservation is cancelled a minimun of 24 hrs prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within a period of less than 24 hrs. Prior to the established check-in time (15:00 hrs, 3:00 p.m.), the guest or group will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
2. If you have a group reservation we will do our best to accommodate you together, however remember that we are a hostel and this is not always possible.
3. There are no refunds for early departures.
4. Casa Losodeli reserves the right to refuse any client at any time if it does not comply with the Internal Regulation of Lodging.
