Property and Cancelation Policies :
-To guarantee your booking, 50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged to your Credit/Debit card as a deposit. For reservations lasting less than 3 nights, you will be charged the full amount of one night. For reservations longer than 30 days, 25% of the total amount of your stay will be charged.
-You can request a refund up to 30 days before your arrival date, after that period there are no refunds in deposits. Up to 30 days before your arrival date, you can change the date of your reservation without penalties for one single time. Your new booking may be up to one year after your original reservation. (Subject to availability and current rate on the new requested date).

HOTEL POLICY AND RULES
-Identification and Registration: The guest must provide reliable and current data on his/her registration sheet. Also, has to present official identification if required by the hotel. When signing the registration form, the guest agrees to comply with the rules and policies stipulated herein.
-Payments: The guest must bring proof of their payments at the time of registration; the hotel may refuse the service until confirming the validity of these. It is the guest's obligation to settle the bill for the stay at check in. Any additional services or charges due to damage to the room and facilities or missing items must be paid before check out.
-Check in and Check out: The check-in time to the rooms is 3:00 pm. The guest will have access to the hotel facilities from the moment of their arrival.
The contract for the occupation of the room ends at 12:00 pm on the day of departure stipulated in your reservation. The suite must be vacate no later than that time or charges will be applied for the next day. It is subject to availability if the hotel can provide services after the initial booking.
-General Rules:
a) The use of illegal substances inside or near the facilities is prohibited.
b) Noisy activities are not allowed from 10 pm to 8 am.

e) The guest is responsible for covering the costs of damage caused to property or third parties, as well as the loss of hotel belongings.
f) For your safety, access to visitors who are not stipulated in your reservation is from 9 am to 7 pm. Visitors will not be able to use the facilities outside their room. If you do so, each visitor must pay a day pass for $350 pesos. Limited to two people per reservation or group of reservations. The guest is responsible for any extra charges, damage or loss of hotel property or belongings caused by its visitors.
g) The hotel is not responsible for any injury or accident caused by the irresponsible use of the hotel facilities.
h) The Hotel is not responsible for valuables not left in the reception safe deposit box.
i) The hotel reserves the right of admission to guests who misuse or damage the facilities, assault any staff or other guests, or fail to comply with any of the rules stipulated herein. The hotel has the right to request the eviction of the room without any refund.
POOL RULES
Pool Hours: 9 am - 7 pm. (Chemical products harmful to your health will be applied outside these hours.)

-Proper swim attire is required, without exception. (Children under 3 must wear a swimsuit diaper.)
-Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The hotel does not have a lifeguard. Use the pool at your own risk. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES.
