Property and Cancelation Policies :
A deposit equal to the 1st night of the stay is required at the time of reservation.
Deposit will be refunded minus a $25 service charge if the stay is cancelled more than 14 days from the reservation.
No refund less than 14 days from arrival date.
Holiday policy:
Deposit will be refunded minus a $25 service charge if the stay is cancelled more than 30 prior to arrival date.
No refund less than 30 days from arrival date

New Years Eve and New Year's Day
Valentine's Day and the weekends before and after Valentine’s Day
4th of July week including the weekend before and after the 4th of July
Labor Day weekend from Friday through Monday
Columbus Day weekend from Friday through Monday
Thanksgiving including the Wednesday before through the Sunday following Thanksgiving
Prelude to Christmas from the first Friday in December through the Second Sunday in December
Christmas week including the weekends before and after December 25
Terms and Conditions
Your credit card number is required upon reservation/checking to serve as a security deposit for deep cleaning fees and/or for damages or theft of property in your assigned room.
This is a non-smoking Inn; violations will be assessed a $150 deep-cleaning fee.
Maine state tax will be applied to your room charges. Prices quoted do not include the Maine tax, unless explicitly stated.
Credit card information is required when making a reservation, and the first night will be charged as a deposit. The balance will be charged to your card automatically on the day of arrival.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:am.
For our guests with mobility issues: There is a short walk and a few steps up to our entrance from our parking lot, and there are several stairs form the parking spaces in front to our front entrance. Most of are rooms are accessed by going up one or two flights of stairs. Our ground floor rooms require a few steps up to access.
Parking is free and is available in front of and behind the Inn. W are also adjacent to two municipal lots where you can park for free.
