Our general office hours are Monday to Sunday 8.30am – 5.00pm (Due to Covid-19 we encourage telephone interaction as staff may be off-site)
Office is closed on public holidays aside from housekeeping to turn over cabins for next reservation..
We practice contactless self check-in and self check-out
Check in time is after 3.00pm
Check out is before 11:00am
First night's stay non-refundable inside of 30 day window prior to reservation. Outside of 30 day window full refund.
All bookings must be paid in full prior to check-in.
Incidentals may be charged against the credit card provided to make your reservation unless another payment method is provided by you for such purposes in advance. Guest is responsible for the safekeeping and return of accommodation key code cards, remote controls and other Talkeetna Love-Lee Cabins property. Damages or Housekeeping fees may be charged for missing/damaged items/ property damage, or excessive cleaning after your stay beyond light housekeeping. Guest is responsible for washing dishes.
Please be aware that rates are reviewed annually and new rates are then posted on the website which is then applicable from January 1 in any year.
New rates are applicable to ALL bookings beyond January 1.
KEYLESS ENTRY CODES
Door lock codes and wifi password to your cabin will only be issued at check-in with your registration packet. All key code cards need to be returned at check-out. Any missing key codes or remote controls will be replaced and the cost charged to your credit card.
If you loose your key code after hours, please call 907-947-8009.
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
$25 fee per person over 2 occupants per accommodation per night.
WHAT TO BRING
All cabins have furnished kitchen with paper towel, dish soap, coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, salt, pepper, coffee, creamer and bathroom has shampoo/body wash, toilet paper, makeup wipes, bath salts, hair dryer, hand lotion as well as any other cleaning items.
Light housekeeping (to include vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning the bathroom) is what we expect after checkout and the cost is included in your total booking amount. Larger messes will incur a cleaning fee (generally $50). Mid-stay cleaning & a change of linen are available every third day and do incur additional fees at your request.
Parking is provided next to/in front of your cabin for one vehicle.
General quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am. If violations occur after a warning from staff, you may be asked to leave the property without refund.
No Pets allowed. Service animals are allowed by law. You will be asked in a legal manner to legally demonstrate your service animal is legitimate.
SERVICE ANIMAL DO’S AND DON’TS
- All droppings must be removed from the premises prior to departure.
- Your pet must not under any circumstances be left alone or allowed on furniture inside the premises
- The owner of the pet is liable for any damage caused to the premises or resulting loss suffered by the property owner.
- It is the occupiers responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the yard of the premises.
- A barking or aggressive dog will not be tolerated.
SMOKING INSIDE PREMISES
There is no smoking inside allowed. If there is evidence of such including a smoke odor you will be charged a fee of $250.00 to cover the cleaning of curtains, carpets and fumigation.
I/We agree to permit all repair and/or service personnel to enter the property for the purposes of conducting any repair, service or maintenance deemed necessary by the Property Owner/Agent. If repairs need to be carried out please contact us on (907) 947-8009.
Please remember to take your personal property and belongings with you upon your departure. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any items left behind.
Internet access is available to the accommodation.

Please be aware that staff on call may not be immediately available to answer your call. Please leave a message and then will contact you back as soon as possible.
A call out fee generally will not apply but may in unusual circumstances.
I/We hereby acknowledge and agree that the Property Owner and Agent will not be held responsible nor liable for:•Any injury or loss suffered by the occupants, their invitees or guests whatsoever or howsoever caused whilst I/we are in occupancy of the accommodation due to my/our failure to comply with the Term and Conditions or House Rules;
•Any injury or loss suffered by the occupants, their invitees or guests whatsoever or howsoever caused due to self-negligence, or caused as a result of insects or wildlife in or around the accommodation site. All occupants are to take specific care at all time and requested not to approach any wildlife under any circumstances.
